Built different from the start

Most SEO consultants come from marketing. I came from code.

I started as a front-end web developer, years spent in the detail of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. That technical foundation shapes every SEO project I take on. I can read a codebase, spot implementation issues most consultants miss, and work directly with your developers rather than through them.

From there I moved into SEO full-time, spending the past 8 years working on campaigns across the UK and Europe - from local service businesses to international organisations competing in contested markets. I've worked with over 50 clients across that time.

My background is in Civil Engineering, graduating from Nottingham University in 2014. That taught me to think in systems - how individual components combine to produce an outcome. SEO works exactly the same way.
